Your result will depend on the game build, world, view distance, mods, server, PC, drivers, heat, and apps open in the background.
Start with full screen mode. Lower view distance first, then lower shadows, effects, and other heavy graphics settings. Raise image quality one step at a time if FPS stays steady.
For PC-side stutter, close heavy apps, check heat, update graphics drivers, and lower view distance. If actions take time to reach other players, check your network and the server.
