These are minimum requirements, not a promised FPS target. Hone can reduce avoidable PC-side load, but it cannot replace hardware that is below the game minimum.

Close heavy apps, check PC heat, update graphics drivers, and lower demanding video settings. After an update, verify the game files if stutter comes with crashes or missing files.
